New Member Orientation

We offer new members an orientation class featuring information on our board and the structure of the REALTOR® organization,  member services, and ethics. These are three hours wisely spent.

Dues and Billing Information

Please use the following information as a general guide as to when dues are due. The amounts shown are subject to change, based on budgetary decisions approved by the Board of Directors. A $100 late fee will be applied to payments not submitted within 30 days.

If you are joining as a new member, there are $400 in New Member Fees.

*New member dues are pro-rated to the month that you are licensed.

Affiliate Member Fees

If you are joining as a new affiliate member, there is a $100 application fee. Annual affiliate dues are $300, pro-rated to the month that you join.

NORIS MLS Fees

If you are joining the MLS, there is a new member fee of $250. The annual MLS fees are currently $519. The fees are pro-rated to the month in which you join. View our pro-rated schedule.

New companies joining will be assessed a $300 set-up fee.

Affiliate Members MLS Fees (Sold data only)

New Affiliate MLS Members will have their fees pro-rated to the month in which you join.

Participation in the Northwest Ohio Real Estate Information Service (NORIS) Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is open to any REALTOR® member of Northwest Ohio REALTORS®. Principals, partners, corporate officers or branch office managers acting on behalf of a principal who are members of any other REALTOR® Board are also eligible to participate in the MLS. Click here for dues and payment information.
