The term REALTOR® embodies qualities of competence, honesty, and unwavering integrity—attributes rooted in a voluntary commitment to the highest ethical standards in real estate.

However, even with the best intentions, disagreements can sometimes arise between REALTORS® or between REALTORS® and their clients or customers. As traditional litigation becomes more expensive, time-consuming, and complex, there has been a growing shift toward resolving disputes and conflicts through alternative methods.

Northwest Ohio Realtors is part of a statewide Professional Standards program administered by the Ohio REALTORS®.
