The state of Ohio requires new agents to complete 120 hours of approved real estate education within a ten-year time frame to obtain a real estate agent license.

Already licensed? Ohio still requires licensees to take 30 hours of real estate continuing education classes every three years. Those hours must include three hours each of Core Law, Civil Rights, and Ethics.

Northwest Ohio REALTORS® offer classes that are critical to maintaining your license and growing your business. Our continuing education classes are open to all licensed real estate agents. Most classes take place in our Maumee, Ohio office.
